Use of the Autixor app ("the Autixor app", or "the app") constitutes acceptance by you of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these, please refrain from using the service. If you have begun using the app and disagree with any of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you may uninstall the app from your Shopify store admin.
Please review the Terms of Service to stay abreast of any amendments. The date at which these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been updated is published on the landing page of the app when opened from the Shopify store.
As a Shopify App Partner, Autixor complies with Shopify's App Partner terms which may be found at https://www.shopify.co.uk/partners/terms.
Autixor Ltd ("we", "us", "Autixor") is registered with Companies House in England and Wales, co registration number 12361490.
For the purposes of this agreement, we understand the contracting party that purchases the app will be the store owner ("you", "the user") of the Shopify store – not any employee or affiliate who has been granted access to install or use the app.
The services provided "the Services" (including support services) are detailed in the Shopify app listing page and more detail is provided within the app’s Help page. The Shopify app listing page may be found at https://apps.shopify.com/autixor.
Significant updates to the services provided will be listed in the abovementioned app listing page on Shopify.
Online support services are available to help deal with any technical matters arising. Initial contact to these services will be by email at support@autixor.com.
Please note that at the date of these Terms of Service, the Autixor app will enable communication solely to the .co.uk versions of the Exact Online Wholesale Distribution and Exact Online Manufacturing apps.
Use of the app should be limited to people who are authorised to have access both to the Shopify store and to the Exact Online ERP system (either Wholesale Distribution or Manufacturing).
Responsibility and liability for the correctness and currentness of data in Exact Online and in the Autixor app rests with you. Functionality has been designed into the app to facilitate the reconciliation of Sales Orders in Exact Online to Shopify Sales orders, but this functionality is only an aide and the ultimate obligation and liability for ensuring the correctness of data in the Exact Online and Shopify apps rests with you.
Payments are processed by Shopify and terms relating to the payments for the app are covered by Shopify’s terms of service.

Data transmission is limited to customer and order data and is secured using various techniques and technologies. However, no guarantee is provided by Autixor that the transmitted data may not be unlawfully interfered with by malicious third parties. Autixor and its affiliates will not bear any liability for the consequences resulting from any such interference.
You understand that your data may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
The information retained by the app is limited in comparison to the data which is transmitted to deliver the Services. Additional detail on Autixor handling and retention of confidential information may be found in section 6 (Confidential Information) below and in our Privacy Policy.
Disputes will be governed by English Law and adjudicated by the courts of England.

This is elaborated on in our Privacy Policy. Essentially, the only information that the app will retain on you, the user, is the Shopify Store, Exact Online company division code, and your email address.
Should it be necessary to problem solve an issue, we may request more information from you.
If Autixor chooses not to enforce any of these provisions at any time, it does not mean that we give up that right later on.
These Terms of Service make up the agreement that applies to you. This means that any previous agreements between you and Autixor do not apply if they conflict with these Terms.
Autixor makes no claim over any of the intellectual property of the users of its Services.
After a 30 day free trial period, Autixor will charge a 30 day non-refundable license fee to you, the Contracting Party through the Shopify admin interface.
You may decline renewal of the app at any time, or simply uninstall it from your store through your store admin. If you wish your prior account data to be deleted, you will need to submit a deletion request via Shopify’s admin portal.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Autixor Service, the Terms of Service and/or your Autixor account for any reason, without notice at any time.
Termination of the Terms of Service shall be without prejudice to any rights or obligations which arose prior to the date of termination.
Prices for using the Services are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from Autixor. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Autixor Site (autixor.com) or by email to users with live accounts.
Autixor reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Autixor shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Autixor welcomes feedback and suggestions.
Under no circumstances shall any disclosure of any idea, suggestion or related material or any review of the Services, Third Party Services or any Third Party Provider (collectively, “Feedback") to Autixor be subject to any obligation of confidentiality or expectation of compensation.
By submitting Feedback to Autixor (whether submitted directly to Autixor or posted on any Autixor hosted forum or page), you waive any and all rights in the Feedback and that Autixor is free to implement and use the Feedback if desired, as provided by you or as modified by Autixor, without obtaining permission or license from you or from any third party.
Only Autixor, Autixor users and persons accessing Autixor Services have any rights under these Terms of Service.
There is no agreement between Autixor and any of your customers, suppliers, employees or other affiliates, and all liability to such parties rests solely with you and not with Autixor.
Autixor’s use and collection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and to the GDPR policies of the UK.
