Autixor "the App" automatically processes Shopify sales orders into Exact Online Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing ERP systems where these have a .co.uk domain "the Service" for merchants who use Shopify to power their stores.
This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: your email address, store ID number and the details of customers and orders.
For each order, Autixor will obtain the associated customer name, telephone number, billing address and shipping address and use this to populate fields in Exact Online. This information is deleted from Autixor as soon as the order is processed into Exact (within ten minutes of its creation in Shopify).
The app also has functionality to retain the Shopify ID codes of customers who have created accounts at your store, and their associated customer code in Exact Online. Other information which is collected (albeit not personal information) is the number, name, currency, amount and creation date of completed Shopify orders for your store.
During customer interaction with the Autixor, the app uses cookies to remember your data as you navigate from page to page. “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. These cookies are essential for the app to run. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. On leaving the application, use the Log Out button. This will delete all the cookies for your session.
We do not otherwise track your interaction with the app and we do not store any information such as location, site preferences, etc.
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you purchase a subscription to the Site, we will maintain your subscription information (Shopify account ID, Shopify charge ID, date of acceptance and amount) for our accounting records.
This data will be stored in Autixor’s database and may be viewed by you using the ‘Subscriptions Log’ link. We will retain a record of your subscription for our accounts.
Changes We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
